Shipping Information
Domestic shipping Options
All packages will be sent via Regular Post unless requested otherwise (charges apply).
International Shipping Options
Not currently available.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
Refunds will only be provided if the below conditions are satisfied:
- All return packages must be received within 21 days from the date the order is shipped from us.
- Return packages must be unworn and returned in their original packaging with all the relevant tags attached.
- We can only issue refunds to your original payment method or as a credit note.
- Shipping for change-of-mind returns are non-refundable. We will only refund Shipping costs if we have made an error.
The following are not refundable:
- Returns received outside of the specified return period.
- Returns received in a damaged or worn condition and/or without the original packaging and tags
- Please note: All jewelry and sale items are ineligible for returns unless the item was deemed faulty.
Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Faulty Items
If an item arrives in a faulty condition please send an email to our email address: [email protected] and one of our friendly consultants will be in touch with you within 48hrs. To ensure quick processing, we request that you include the following information in your email:
- Your name
- Preferred contact details
- Your order number
- Product name and the SKU of the item you are returning
- A clear photo of the fault on the item and a brief description of what the fault is
Unfortunately, any missing information may cause delays in processing time.
If the fault is confirmed to be valid, Capture Clothing will send out a replacement item within 24hrs. If the item is no longer in stock we will provide a full refund of the item.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not do provide exchanges. However, if the item is unworn and in their original packaging with all the relevant tags attached feel free to return the item and re-order through our website.
Other Important Information
Capture Clothing is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail to ensure that it reaches us.
Capture Clothing reserves the right to change our return policies for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Capture Clothing’s decision will be final.
